Is Your Penis Considered “Average”?

One of the most frequent questions I’m asked is “How big is a normal-sized penis?” Average penis size really fluctuates from inch to inch depending on whom you talk to and what medical reports you read. Believe me, I’ve looked at so many charts, graphs and sex studies over the years that sometimes I’M not even sure what constitutes “average”.
Here are a few different figures to consider. A study conducted several years ago by a prominent condom company concluded that the average length of the erect penis is 5.9 inches. This differs slightly from another study conducted by the prominent Kinsey Institute for Sex Research. According to the Kinsey Study, the average erect penis length is between 6.2 and 6.4 inches.
An entirely unrelated study from the University of California at San Francisco yielded slightly more discouraging results. According to their findings, the average erect size of the penis was only 5.1 inches long! Now compare this to a separate research study conducted in Brazil which found that the average length of an erect penis was 5.7 inches.
As you can see, every experiment seems to yield different results. I guess the one you choose to believe depends on how badly you want to be considered “average”! On a happier note (for those of you who suspect that you’re below average), it is widely believed that men whose penises are smaller in a soft state usually have a greater size increase than those with larger flaccid penises. This at least gives you a slight advantage over those who are wielding a bigger penis.
All of this leads to yet another question that I’m often asked: “Does penis size really matter”? The answer truly depends on what you’re using your penis for, and who you’re using it with! Your sexual partner will also have his or her own preferences. So I guess the REAL question is: “Is penis size more important to you or your partner?”
If you’re unhappy with your penis size, solutions do exist in the form of some pretty impressive penis enlargement products and services. Male enhancement is one my specialties, so I know for a fact that size can be improved. However, that’s another article!
